| How can I renew my expired subscription? |

Renewal customers may purchase the same product and use the activation code supplied to renew their subscription. There is no need to reinstall the software. To have your product key e-mailed to you prior to shipping, please e-mail support@cheapantivirus.com with your order number and request an electronic delivery of your product key. |
| What are the packaging types (Retail Box, DVD Case, OEM Style)? |

The software is the same but the difference is how they are packaged. The most common packaging types are: Retail Box, DVD Case, and OEM Style (CD Sleeve/Pack).- DVD case products come packaged and factory sealed in typical plastic dvd cases instead of a box.
- Retail box items are factory sealed and packaged in boxes as you would find them in retail stores.
- CD sleeve and packs are OEM product types where the manufacturer distributes cds without a box.

The software is the same but the difference is how they are distributed.- OEM's typically come with hardware and the cd usually comes packaged in a cd sleeve/pack.
- Downloads are available for immediate download to install and the activation key(s) are e-mailed to the customer after checkout. The customer saves time and money because there is no shipping/handling involved.
- Licenses are distributed in volume to businesses, enterprises, government institutions and organizations, and resellers.
- Retail products are those you normally find in a retail store where the product is boxed and factory sealed.

| What does "#PC / #Year" mean? |

This represents the amount of PC's this software is licensed to be installed on and the number of suscription years included. (i.e. 3 PC / 1 Year means that the software can be installed on 3 different PC's and the subscription will last for a total of 1 year from the date of installation.) |
